1. Kabul
CV Tailor uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmet Açıklaması
CV Tailor, yapay zeka destekli CV optimizasyon hizmeti sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Kullanıcılar CV'lerini yükler veya oluşturur; uygulama CV'yi belirtilen iş ilanına göre optimize eder.
3. Abonelik Planları ve Ücretlendirme
Uygulama aşağıdaki ücretli seçenekler sunmaktadır:
• Haftalık Abonelik: Belirtilen fiyat üzerinden haftalık otomatik yenileme
• Yıllık Abonelik: Belirtilen fiyat üzerinden yıllık otomatik yenileme
• Tek Seferlik Kredi Paketleri: 5, 10 veya 20 kredi
Tüm fiyatlar App Store'da belirtilen yerel para birimi cinsindendir ve vergiler dahildir.
4. Otomatik Yenileme
Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden 24 saat öncesine kadar iTunes Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Aboneliklerinizi App Store > Apple ID > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilirsiniz.
5. İptal ve Geri Ödeme
İptal ve geri ödeme talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir. İptal sonrasında mevcut dönem sonuna kadar hizmetleriniz devam eder. Geri ödeme için reportaproblem.apple.com adresini ziyaret ediniz.
6. Ücretsiz Kredi
Yeni kullanıcılara ilk açılışta 1 ücretsiz kredi tanınır. Bu kredi devredilemez ve para karşılığı değiştirilemez.
7. Yapay Zeka ve Veri İşleme
CV optimizasyonu için CV içeriğiniz ve iş ilanı metni OpenAI, Inc.'in API'sine iletilmektedir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyiniz.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içeriği CV Tailor'a aittir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Uygulamanın kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi veya tersine mühendislikle incelenmesi yasaktır.
9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen içeriklerin doğruluğu garanti edilmez. İş başvurusu sonuçları için sorumluluk üstlenilmez.
10. Yaş Gereksinimleri
Uygulama 17 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla duyurulacaktır.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözümlenir.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the CV Tailor application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
CV Tailor is a mobile application offering AI-powered CV optimization. Users upload or create their CV; the App tailors it to a specific job listing.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
The App offers the following paid options:
• Weekly Subscription: Auto-renewing weekly at the stated price
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renewing yearly at the stated price
• One-Time Credit Packs: 5, 10, or 20 credits
All prices are in your local currency as shown in the App Store, inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to your iTunes Account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Free Credit
New users receive 1 free credit upon first launch. The free credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
7. AI & Data Processing
Your CV content and job description are transmitted to OpenAI's API for optimization. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by CV Tailor and protected by copyright laws. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the App is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content and accept no responsibility for job application outcomes.
10. Age Requirements
The App is intended for users aged 17 and above.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
